Important hotel chain with international presence, requires hiring Night Auditor to work in the area of Laureles and Poblado in Medellin.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly responsible for customer management at night, as well as managing the day's sales and customer information for closing.
• He/she will be in charge of closing the dataphone, sending guest information to the SIRE.
• Lead the tasks of the wait staff and maintenance team according to the work schedules and tactical actions presented in the operation in their shift.
• Fill out the different mandatory forms such as the Hotel Registration, billing process and issuance of documents such as cash receipts for credits, format of forgotten items and customer requirements.
• Support with tasks assigned by Operations Coordination such as receipt of orders, receipt and/or payment of vendor invoice, contact with protected area in case of emergencies and contact with police quadrant.

Education Level: Technologist or professional in hotel and tourism, administration, etc.

Work experience: 6 months minimum certified
